RestNTrip provides an online marketplace to discover and book hotels, tours, and events in Punjab and surrounding regions. We facilitate bookings between guests and vendors.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Vendor accounts must provide accurate business information.
3. Bookings & Payments
Prices, availability, and inclusions are set by vendors. Payment is processed through supported gateways. A booking is confirmed only after successful payment and vendor confirmation where required.
4. Cancellations
Cancellations and refunds follow the Refund Policy and the specific rules of each listing.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform, post false information, or engage in fraudulent activity.
6. Limitation of Liability
RestNTrip is not liable for vendor service quality beyond facilitating the booking, except where required by law.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
